The benefits of Photoshop

Adobe offers Photoshop as a standalone product or as a part of one of several Creative Suite software packages, the current version being CS5. The new Photoshop CS5 is the most popular and widely used image editing software in the word. Its very name is synonymous with quality. Granted, the software can be difficult to learn and even harder to master. It could take a lifetime to learn the functions of all the different tools. But Adobe includes some training with each of their software packages and the Photoshop help section is a valuable resource.

There are many new features to this product to make it an easier, more productive image editing tool. Adobe boast that the new Adjustments panel make revisions twice as fast as the old Layers function. Other time savers include easier panning and rotating, content-aware scaling, and improved preview modes. Professional photographers love the new CS5. With Photoshop Lightroom there is almost no photograph they can’t make sparkle. The software also now supports the DNG raw format, making it simpler to open raw files in the future.

What’s Included in the Photoshop CS5 Free Trial

This is the most exciting part. With the CS5 trial, you get everything that Photoshop and Photoshop Extended have to offer for a 30 trial period. Just download the software are your good to with motion-based content and advanced 3D imagery features. The trial software comes completely functional after you unzip it and with it you’ll find every feature that Photoshop is famous for. Test drive it for yourself to find out.

Our favorite new feature is the completely revamped Mixer Brush, which gives you the ability to archive on-canvas color blending (try that on a traditional canvas!) We also are a huge fan of a new tool called Bristle Tips.  With this we were able to invent photo-real brush strokes.  It’s truly the photo editing and creativity software of the future.

Content-aware scaling lets you instantly recompose an picture as you adjust the size. The panel preserves important aspects as the picture conforms to the new scale. Find the best image size in a single stroke with no wasting time retouching or cropping.

The new Photoshop CS5 adjustments panel allows you to make image adjustments super easy by seeing all the tools necessary to modify the color properties of your images in a nondestructive manner. A huge selection of presets are available in the instant and live adjustments panel.
